Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards via the ANZ eGate merchant facility.  We accept a direct credit to the Kids Outdoor Gear bank account, bank account details will be provided at time of finalising order.

Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are done through ANZ eGate, a secure online payment service of ANZ Bank.  Have your Visa or MasterCard ready before proceeding.  After you click 'Confirm' you will be redirected to ANZ Bank's secure site.  Please follow the instructions, accept the prompts and do not close your browser.  If you have any questions about or problems with your credit card, please contact the provider of your credit card.  Once the credit card transaction has been finalised with Visa or MasterCard, you will be redirected back to http://kidsoutdoorgear.com.au where you will see a summary of the purchase and the result of the credit card transaction.  Kids Outdoor Gear does not have access to or store any details of your credit card, other than the card type and the summary of the purchase and the result of the card transaction which details will allow Kids Outdoor Gear to reconcile your purchase with the statement from ANZ Bank.

Direct Deposit
Upon completion of a Direct Deposit order via Kids Outdoor Gear website, an order confirmation will be emailed to purchaser; this will contain the account details to which a Direct Deposit can be made.  Goods will not be mailed until clear funds for the total amount of order have been paid into the Kids Outdoor Gear bank account.

Protecting Your Privacy
Kids Outdoor Gear is strongly committed to protecting your privacy.  Kids Outdoor Gear will never sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third party without your consent.  Any information you have provided to us will only be used for the purpose intended.  Your information will be deleted upon request.

Cookies
A Cookie will record only enough information for certain website functions.  If you don't want to accept cookies, you can set your browser and/or firewall to block them.

When you place an order with us, we ask for your contact information.  We use this
information to send correspondence relating to your order such as sending an update, or to get in touch with you if we have trouble processing your order.  We may contact you periodically regarding special offers or products we think you might be interested in. Returns & Exchanges
This policy only applies to goods purchased through www.kidsoutdoorgear.com.au.  If you are not satisfied with a purchase including the instance of defective goods, incorrect size or other ("other" is upon approval by Kids Outdoor Gear via email or written correspondence), we will happily exchange or refund in accordance with our policies below:
-  For an exchange, items with the original receipt must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.  Garments must not have been worn.  Returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed will not be accepted.

Returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed will not be accepted.
-  Goods that are being returned for Refund or Exchange are to be posted at the buyers cost, this cost will be waived in the case of defective goods.
-  Where applicable we will credit your credit card within 1 to 14 days of our receiving your return.

Confirmation of Order

Kids Outdoor Gear will happily accept orders placed over the phone.  Please call 0419 728 394 to order. 

GST
10% GST is payable on all purchases.

Postage/ Mailing
Kids Outdoor Gear reserves the right to select the best carrier for each individual mailing requirement.  Australia Post is the primary carrier for orders from www.kidsoutdoorgear.com.au however an alternate carrier may be utilized at our discretion.  Kids Outdoor Gear generally uses the Australia Post standard post however if you require an order to be sent via Express Post, we are happy to oblige.  Please note this request in the "leave us a note with your order" section of the checkout.  For Express Post the postage charge will be manually recalculated and charged accordingly.  Kids Outdoor Gear mails orders Australia wide.  We aim to mail orders within 48 hours of being placed; some orders may take longer to fill in which case an email will be sent to advise.  You will receive a confirmation notice via email when your order has been mailed.
